Worthy was the first Director of the Office of Organizational Development and Multicultural Training at Shippensburg University. During his tenure, he assisted many departments in identifying strategies for addressing organizational change. In addition, Worthy has served on several community committees for organizations such as the YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, and School Districts to assist in the reorganization, development and implementation of new curriculum, policies, and enrichment programs and activities to better serve their constituents. Furthermore, he has worked with clients in identifying solutions that will allow them to more fully integrate individual needs with organizational goals. Worthy has provided leadership, supervision, conflict management and resolution, teambuilding, organizational change, and diversity training to many organizations. Therefore, he understands the intricacies and nuances of managing change and building consensus in both small and large organizations. |
